Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) is a federally funded initiative designed to equip students with the tools and resources they need to succeed in education and training after high school. Specifically for the cohort class of 2027, GEAR UP aims to inspire and prepare students to achieve their dreams, whether by earning a college degree or obtaining a skillset certificate. Through early awareness and targeted support, the program helps students unlock their full potential and take the next step toward a brighter future.
